Every player starts with a score of 1,200 and the highest elo of all time is 2,882.
Grandmasters (the highest rated chess players) generally have an Elo of at least 2,500.

Divided into subcategories A-E (e.g. all ECO openings that start with "B" start with the move 1.e4)

The "Chess Opening Results" can be filtered down to a single year.
The "Most Common Openings for Top Player" uses the selected top player for the current year.
The bin in "Diversity of Chess Openings for Top Players" that includes the selected player from a given year will be highlighted in the corresponding color.
